To authenticate a 3rd party application for use against your BrandMaker instance and accessing the APIs of the BrandMaker Modules, you need an OAuth2 access token and a refresh token. BrandMaker provides a centralized authentication system for all customers (Centralized Authentication Service - CAS), which implements the the standardized OAuth2 Web Flow.

With Fusion UX Logic, clients can now integrate custom UI components into predefined places in their BrandMaker system.

With Release 7.3, BrandMaker provides the “Message Based Integration Service” for the first time. This central service is used for the customer-side integration of the BrandMaker system into the customer’s infrastructure.

Described in this document are the so-called Webhooks, which can inform third-party applications about modifications to assets in the Media Pool. The basic idea is the following: Third-party applications is notified of changes to assets in near real time, rather than having to perform cyclical scans of the entire inventory to identify such changes.
