Media Pool delivers a central place to store and manage digital assets in any format, for any device, and for any purpose.

Diverse assets, such as files, videos, and images, can be imported, viewed, downloaded, shared, and deleted by the user. The management of assets enables versioning, tagging, grouping, and editing of asset properties. With the help of the integrated search function, individual, and preconfigured search queries can be carried out, which additionally utilizes AI-based image tagging. Digital rights give internal and external team members role-based access to your digital library. In addition, version and license management ensures that only current and valid content is used.

Media Pool can be used in conjunction with other BrandMaker modules for example as a repository for the Brand Management Portal or creating content organized in the Marketing Planner. It can also be integrated with Marketing Data Hub, Job Manager, Reporting Center, and Marketing Shop.

Brand Template Builder enables the CD-compliant design, adaption, and localization of marketing assets, such as advertisements, brochures, business cards, or posters, without using special applications.

Asset templates can be provided centrally by the administrator in INDD or HTML format and then adapted by the user within the framework of predefined rules, depending on the user profile. The customizing of different assets is supported by testing measures and predefined process steps. To further simplify the creation process, the automatic import of assets, as well as the automatic creation of web and print assets in various formats, is possible.

Brand Template Builder supports Adobe InDesign. Within our BrandMaker marketing stack, it can be integrated with Media Pool, for example, as a data source, and Marketing Planner, Marketing Shop, Job Manager, Marketing Data Hub, and Review Manager.

Job Manager streamlines project management and collaboration, with all jobs and workflows transparently managed, controlled, and processed – no matter whether marketing projects, budget releases or purchase orders.

Users can view current jobs in real-time using Kanban, Gantt, or list views. They can create, edit, route, and close a job. The system provides a complete history and audit trail of changes. Every job can be directly linked with attachments and provided with all relevant information, such as duration, responsibilities, and sub-jobs. Workflows define process steps and schedules of a job. They can be designed individually and used as “project blueprints”. The integrated BPMN-based workflow modeler also enables the mapping of complex workflows – also graphically. All areas of the Job Manager are administered by a role-based rights management. Job Manager uses a comprehensive role-based rights management system to ensure accountability and security.

Job Manager enables both the import of job information and the export of jobs as XML files according to filter criteria. Job Manager can be integrated with Media Pool, Brand Template Builder, Marketing Planner, and Review Manager.

With BrandMaker Marketing Planner, you gain full visibility and control over all campaigns, financial planning, and performance measurement. It thus provides a comprehensive platform for all stakeholders.

Marketing planner enables the planning and budgeting of all marketing activities up to single tasks. Planned, targeted, committed, and actual budgets can be set using the desired granularity and currency. Additionally, all relevant information such as content, purchase orders, invoices, KPIs, attachments, and responsible persons, who are automatically informed, can be defined for each element. By integrating formulas, automated calculations, for example, target/actual comparisons, can be carried out. Utilizing templates and filters, reports, and graphical analysis can be generated according to the user's needs. Role-based rights management ensures visibility, as well as the editing of elements.

Budget data, invoices, etc. can be imported directly into the Marketing Planner. The export of data in different file formats is also possible. Within BrandMaker’s marketing stack, Marketing Planner can be integrated with Media Pool, Brand Template Builder, and Job Manager.
